Building a new home or cabin is a big decision, and who you build with matters. Tri-County has been building since 1988, and Jacob Novak is on your job site running the project in person, not just checking in by phone.
We handle the framing and carpentry with our own crew, and we schedule and manage trusted local subcontractors for the foundation, concrete, mechanicals and roofing. You get one point of contact and a clear, written proposal before work starts.
Our new construction work ranges from entry-level homes to custom lake homes, plus detached garages, garages with living space above, and outbuildings.
